MVP development at a fixed price
A working first version of your product, in front of real users in weeks — with the scope and the price agreed before we write a line of code.
What you get
An MVP is the smallest version of a product that real people can use and pay for. Not a clickable mockup, not a slide deck — a deployed application with sign-in, the one or two core features that prove the idea, and the plumbing a real product needs.
- A deployed web app, API or bot, on your domain and your accounts.
- Sign-in, payments and email or Telegram notifications, if the idea needs them.
- Automated tests for the core flows, so the next version doesn’t break the first.
- Uptime and error monitoring from day one.
- The source code and a short handover note: how it’s built, how to deploy it, what to do next.
How it works
1. Scope
We start with a short conversation about the problem, the users and what “working” means for you. Then we write down the few features that go into the first version — and, just as important, what stays out.
2. Fixed price
You get a written scope, a timeline and one fixed price. No hourly meter. If you want to add something along the way, we agree on the change and its cost before doing it.
3. Build in the open
You see a working build early and regularly, on a real URL, not in screenshots. Feedback goes in while it’s still cheap to change things.
4. Launch and learn
We deploy, switch on monitoring and stay available for fixes while the first users arrive. After that, you decide: grow it with us, hand it to your team, or stop — with nothing locked in.
Why it stays cheap
We keep MVPs small on purpose. A lean stack on serverless hosting means there are no servers to babysit and the running costs of a young product stay close to zero. A small team means you pay for building, not for coordination.
It’s the same way we build our own products. fewbase grew from a single time-tracking tool into a platform of five products under one account, one piece at a time.
Good fit if you…
- have an idea and want to test it with real users before raising money or hiring a team;
- need an internal tool or a customer portal quickly, without an enterprise project around it;
- have a prototype built with no-code or AI tools that now needs to become a proper application.
Questions
How long does an MVP take?
Weeks, not months — the exact timeline depends on the scope, and you get it in writing together with the price before we start.
What if I need changes during development?
That’s normal. We describe the change, agree on its cost and timing, and only then build it. The rest of the scope and price stays as agreed.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. The product runs on your domain and your hosting and payment accounts, and the source code is yours.
What happens after the MVP?
You can continue with us on new features, keep us on for support and maintenance, or hand everything over to your own team.
