Integrations, bots and AI features

Connect your product to the tools your business already uses, give it a Telegram bot, or add AI features that do real work — without rewriting what you have.

Integrations

  • Payments — subscriptions, one-off purchases and invoices with Stripe, including webhooks that survive retries.
  • Email and notifications — transactional email, reminders, digests.
  • Third-party APIs — CRMs, accounting, calendars, registries and whatever else your process depends on.
  • Data sync — scheduled imports and exports between systems that don’t talk to each other yet.

Telegram bots

A bot is often the fastest interface for a small team: no app to install, notifications arrive where people already are. We build bots for alerts and digests, for quick actions like starting a timer or approving a request, and for customer-facing questions.

The fewbase platform runs a single Telegram bot that serves as a remote control for all of its products, and Baltic Monitor posts its daily issue to a Telegram channel automatically.

AI features

We add AI where it saves time on concrete tasks, and keep it inside rules and checks:

  • Document recognition — reading receipts, invoices or screenshots and filling in forms. fewbase uses this in Subscriptions Tracker.
  • Research and summarisation — collecting, checking and summarising information on a schedule, the way DevGrants Daily and Baltic Monitor do every day.
  • Translation and content — publishing in several languages from one source text.
  • Assistants and classification — routing support requests, drafting replies, tagging data.

Every AI feature comes with validation of its output, clear limits on what it may do, and cost control, so it stays useful and predictable.

Questions

Which AI models do you use?

We choose the model per task based on quality, cost and data requirements, and keep the integration replaceable if a better option appears.

Is our data used to train AI models?

We use provider APIs whose terms exclude training on your data, and we send only the data the feature actually needs.

Can you add a bot to an existing product?

Yes. A bot usually talks to your existing backend through a small API, so the product itself barely changes.
