Either as a fixed monthly scope, or per task with the price agreed upfront. You choose what fits your budget better.

Do you take over projects in any stack?

We focus on web applications, APIs and bots, mostly in TypeScript/JavaScript. For other stacks we’ll tell you honestly after the audit whether we are the right people.

What if the code is in a bad state?

Then the audit says so, and the plan starts with stabilising it. We don’t push rewrites unless they are genuinely cheaper than repair.

Can we stop at any time?

Yes. You keep the code, accounts and documentation, and can hand the project to another team whenever you want.

Taking over an existing project

Many projects come to us after the original developer is gone: the app works, mostly, but nobody knows how to deploy it or what will break if they touch it.

1. Audit

We get access, read the code and the infrastructure, and check what’s outdated, what’s risky and what’s undocumented.

2. Plan

You get a short, prioritised plan: what to fix now, what can wait, what to keep as it is, and what ongoing maintenance will cost.

3. Stabilise

We make deployment repeatable, add tests around the critical flows and switch on monitoring. After that, changes stop being scary.

4. Maintain

From there we handle updates, fixes and small features on an agreed schedule and budget.
