The problem

Funding for developers is scattered across hundreds of foundations, accelerators, companies and hackathon platforms. Aggregators go stale: deadlines pass, programs close, links break. A feed is only useful if every entry is current and verifiable.

What we built

A site that publishes new opportunities every day, each with the deadline, eligibility and a link to the official application page — plus an RSS feed and a daily digest in a public Telegram channel.

How the pipeline works

1. Research

A scheduled AI agent runs every day with a written routine. It searches across a list of about 236 organizers and aggregators in six industry sections for new programs.

2. Fact-check at the source

Every candidate is verified on the organizer’s official page, including whether it is still open. Duplicates are removed by application URL and deadline. Rolling programs already on the site are re-checked for closure on every run.

3. Robust fetching

Many official pages block automated tools. A three-step fallback — a plain request, a reader service, then a headless browser — gets the content without manual work.

4. Validate and publish

Each entry is a Markdown file validated against a schema of six program types and eight industries. The agent builds the static site, generates cover images, and pushes the result; hosting deploys it automatically and a digest goes out to Telegram.

Engineering highlights

• Plain static HTML output: fast, cheap to host and easy to cache.
• The AI does the tedious research, while the schema validator and the rule of “always confirm on the official page” keep quality in check.
• About 100 automated test cases cover the parser, validator, feed and publishing scripts.
